ICMT is dedicated to providing an all-round top quality service. The terms and conditions which follow are necessary to ensure that we may continue to provide the best possible service to all of our customers whilst at the same time satisfying our legal and ethical responsibilities.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation without notice. ICMT will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of any of these provisions. Customer understands that prior to joining our services, they must agree to this policy.

Activity which results in the suspension or deactivation of an account will result in a forfeiture of all fees paid. Complaints made regarding abuses of an account will be investigated and if found guilty will be grounds for immediate suspension.

Intentionally tampering (Hacking or sending virus) of our server by a client will see the account suspended.

• Payment Terms 50% Advance rest after completion of project.
• All Web Hosting, Domain, SEO, Content Writing and Site Updating full payment are paid in advance.
• Paymentss for services are to be made in advance at the time of subscribing the service, which is non-refundable.
• For any designing changes updates etc, the same shall be made through email or phone. The client understands that this agreement does not provision for the physical movement for understanding, changing updating his website work.
• This agreement contemplates scanning up to 10 images for the Client. It is contemplated that this will accommodate the needs of most Clients. If an extensive or large format images scanning service is anticipated, then a separate pricing will apply. This agreement contemplates up to an average of 5 external or relative links per page and an e-mail response link on each web page to any e-mail address specified by Client. This agreement also contemplates making any link the Clint desires “pop up” in a new window if requested at the specific dimensions and configuration specified by the Author.
• Contents for web site must be supplied by the Client in a .doc format and photographs in .gif/ .jpg/ .png formats via email attachment or in CD/DVD through courier in one week. Typesetting charges will apply in case the content is provided in hard copy format.
• Site Creation: We recommend a full service web site solution including product information, FAQ, White Papers, Logo and Corporate Identity up to date event information and more.
• Out station cheques are not applicable. In case of cheque bounce, the full payment fee is to be submitted in cash with the cheque bounce charges of Rs 250/-.
• Copyright to finished assembled work of web pages and graphics produced by we shall be vested with the client upon final payment for the project .This ownership is to includes designs, photos, graphics, source code work up files, text and any programs specially designed or purchased on behalf of the client for completion of this project right to photos, graphics, computer programs are specifically not transferred to the client and remain the property of their respective owners. We and its subcontractors retain the right to display.

• Bulk Email /Spam related products
• Illegal Pornography/Nudity
• Adut content of any type
• Cracked products forum/blog /Adults/ Warez
• Hacking/cracking related websites
• Warez and/or copyrighted MP3s
• Illegal material or material that is against public policy
• Free Hosting of any kind
• Any kind of high memory consumption websites are not allow to host on our server.
• Game sites
• Social Network Type Websites are not allow on our server
• Public Download Sites of any kind(computer applications,games,mobile apps) Linking is allowed
• Virus found on websites are terminated with out any noticed.
• Proxy Sites
• Bulk File Storage and Streaming Audio/Video hosting
• User Forums containing links to material that violates our TOS
• Content or links to sites that are detrimental to public policy, health and welfare
• No rapidhare related scripts
• Warez linking, proxy, adult sites(legal), null scripts

User may not:


• Abusing our staffs of any kind.
• Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD.
• Run any type of web spider or indexer on shared servers.
• Run any software that interfaces with an IRC network.
• Run any bit torrent application, tracker, or client.
• Participate in any file-sharing/peer-to-peer activities
• Run any gaming servers etc


If You want to Make Audio-Video Streaming website Just Like a Youtube WEBSITE. Then you go with our ffmpeg Hosting Package. But you cannot store Bulk Storage files on this Server.


Illegal Usage
ICMT servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Examples of non-acceptable content or links: Pirated software, Hackers programs or archives, Warez sites, MP3, and IRC bots. The subscriber to SastaHost service agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ICMT from any claims resulting from the use of the service that damages the subscriber or any other party.


Abuse of SMTP Mail Server:
If any of the email id will be misuse the mail server then we will suspended his hosting account.


Spam:
Unsolicited commercial advertisements (spam) are not allowed in e-mail IDs and may result in cancellation of the account. E-Mail Service websites are not allowed if you want to make then Buy VPS or Dedicated Server


Abuse of Space:
As per our policies, at least 90% of your web pages (HTML) must be “Linked” with files (.GIF, .JPEG, etc.) which is stored in our server. Web space must not be used by your visitor for free upload, download heavy size file. Web sites containing a large number of unlinked files or using server space for data storing propose are subject to deletion of files otherwise we will cancellation the account without prior notice.


Account Renewal
If Any Sastahost Client don't want to Renew the ( Shared / Reseller / Master Reseller ) Hosting Acocunt. So Plz. take the Account Back-up with in 48 Hours. After Expiry Date. After that we will terminate your Complete Acocunt & We are NOT responsible for any file loss.


File backup:
The users are responsible for files in their hosting account. So they must backup their important files in local pc , If your account is terminated /suspended because of breaking our TOS, then we can not provide you ,your files. So all users are requested to take their account's backup at least once in a week. We are NOT responsible for any file loss / modifications in your account due to hacking / illegal activity problems.

Backup File Storage:
For the maximum performance and for getting sufficient storage space for all the users, a user may not store the backup of their site in this server. Users can generate backup and download it to their pc within 24 hrs


Late/Non-Payment:
48 hours past your due date, your account will be suspended (a 250 Rupees for Hosting/Reseller Packages reactivation fee will apply).
